Use store-bought brownies to make these treats in a flash.
- 1 (8 ct) pkg brownies
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1 (16 oz) container vanilla frosting, microwaved
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Halve each brownie and arrange on a plate. Top each one with a marshmallow, and drizzle 1 tbsp frosting over each marshmallow. Allow the marshmallows to set slightly.
- Place the chocolate chips in a small heatproof bowl and microwave for 1 min., stirring every 20 sec., until chocolate is melted. Pour chocolate into a piping bag or plastic bag and cut a small hole at the tip. Draw a ghost face on each frosted marshmallow using the chocolate.
