Your favorite campfire snack is turned into a frozen treat that’s perfect for those hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 8 graham crackers
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- ½ (7.25 oz) bottle chocolate shell ice cream topping
- 8 wooden ice-pop sticks
Steps
- Break the graham crackers in half to form squares. With mini offset spatula, spread 2 tbsp marshmallow creme on 8 graham cracker squares. Top with remaining crackers to form sandwiches
- Place a wire rack over a large sheet of waxed paper. Arrange sandwiches on rack. Insert 1 stick into each sandwich. Shake the bottle of chocolate shell topping and then squeeze over sandwiches to coat one side. With mini offset spatula, spread topping until smooth on top and sides.
- Place sandwiches in freezer for 20 min., until chocolate sets.
