Using silken tofu is a fantastic way to add nondairy protein and body to your morning smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 cups fresh peach slices
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1 cup Nature's Promise® Original Almond Milk
Steps
- Peel and chop the banana.
- To blender, add banana, peach slices, raspberries, and silken tofu. Blend until smooth.
- Add the almond milk and purée until smooth. Divide between 2 tall glasses. Serve immediately.
