Mild chilies and pickled peppers join forces for this condiment. To decrease the spice factor, swap out jalapeños for banana peppers.
- ½ cup green onions
- 2 (4.5 oz) cans mild green chilies
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup mild pickled jalapeno slices
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup lime juice
- Chop the green onions and add to a food processor with chilies, cilantro, jalapeñoes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add lime juice and ¼ cup water, and pulse until smooth.
