- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs matchstick carrots
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
