A slice of this dreamy butter has a plethora of uses—top a grilled steak, lightly slather onto steamed vegetables, or stir into mashed potatoes.
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened
- Chop parsley, rosemary, and thyme. In a medium bowl, add butter, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until well combined.
- Transfer butter to a piece of parchment paper. Roll and shape into a log, twisting the ends to seal. Refrigerate 30 min., until solid. Slice as needed.
