Grapes bring sweetness while pineapple lends a tropical tang and a banana provides plant-based creaminess to this smoothie.
- 2 cups packed baby kale
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) pineapple chunks
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 small banana
- Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses to serve.
