Giving whole corn a quick soak ensures the husks won’t burn, while grilling them in their husks keeps the kernels juicy.
- 6 large ears corn with husks
- Set grill to medium. Pull back husks from corn and remove any silk. Pull husks back into place over kernels.
- Place the corn in a large pot and cover with cold water. Let soak 10 min.
- Drain corn and place on grill. Cover grill and cook 15 min., turning occasionally, until kernels are tender and charred in spots.
