A turn on the grill elevates the peaches’ sweetness in this easy dessert that’s perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients
- 4 white or yellow peaches
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 (6 oz) pkg raspberries
Steps
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Halve and pit the peaches.
- Brush the honey on cut sides of peaches. Add peaches to grill cut-sides down. Cook 2–3 min., until grill marks appear.
- Transfer peaches to a platter, cut-sides up. Dollop with the yogurt. Top with the raspberries.
Tips
Add a heavy sprinkle of cayenne powder to the honey for a spicy twist.
