Ingredients
- 4 (4- 5 oz each) hamburger patties
- 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
- 3 tbsp sweet and smoky barbecue sauce
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
- 4 Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves
Steps
- Set grill or grill pan to medium. Season the hamburger patties on both sides with salt and pepper. Place burgers on grill and cook 4–5 min. per side, or until desired doneness.
- Place burgers on buns. Top with some barbecue sauce, crispy fried onions, lettuce leaves, and bun tops.
