Tired of plain grilled turkey burgers? Try topping them with an easy but tasty Caesar-inspired salad.
Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz each) turkey burger patties
- 1 small carrot
- 1 romaine heart, very thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing
- 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
Steps
- Set grill or grill pan to medium. Season the turkey burgers on both sides with salt and pepper. Place burgers on grill and cook 4–5 min. per side, until done.
- Meanwhile, into a medium bowl, coarsely grate the carrot. Add the romaine and Caesar dressing. Toss until well combined.
- Place burgers on the buns. Spread with the Dijon and top with Caesar salad and bun tops.
