Also known as broccolette or baby broccoli, this milder and more tender cousin of broccoli becomes sweeter and crispier once grilled.
Ingredients
- 2 bunches Broccolini, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
Steps
- Set grill or grill pan to medium-high. Toss the Broccolini with the oil and lemon pepper seasoning.
- Place Broccolini on grill. Cover and cook 7–8 min., until stems are tender and ends are charred, turning occasionally.
Tips
Never made Broccolini before? Just trim the bottom ½ inch off before rinsing and cooking.
