Sweet and tart citrus combines with two types of wine in this refreshing 4-ingredient cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 large Ruby red grapefruits
- 2 oranges
- 1 (750 ml) bottle rose wine, chilled
- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry sparkling white wine, chilled
Steps
- From the grapefruits, squeeze 1 cup juice into a large pitcher. From oranges, squeeze ½ cup juice into pitcher.
- To pitcher, stir in the rosé wine. Refrigerate until cold. To serve, stir the sparkling wine into pitcher and serve in champagne flutes or coupe glasses.
Tips
Garnish each glass with a twist of orange or grapefruit peel.
