This big-batch fruity cocktail adds sweet-tart raspberries to peaches for a twist on a classic champagne cocktail.
- 1 (10 oz) pkg Nature's Promise Organic Frozen Raspberries, thawed
- ½ (16 oz) pkg frozen peaches, thawed
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled
- To blender, add the raspberries, peaches, and any juices plus the lime juice. Purée until smooth. Press through a fine-mesh strainer into a serving pitcher. Refrigerate until cold.
- To serve, add the wine to pitcher and stir to combine. Serve in flutes.
For an extra flourish, garnish with fresh raspberries.
