Quinoa goes from a dinner side to a morning staple in this whole-grain, protein-packed breakfast bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 (8.8 oz) pkg precooked Nature's Promise® White Quinoa
- ¼ cup fat-free half & half or low-fat milk, plus more if needed
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup Nature's Promise® Peanut Butter Lover's Trail Mix
Steps
- Heat the quinoa in microwave according to package directions.
- Divide quinoa between 2 bowls. Divide half & half and cinnamon between bowls and stir to combine, adding more half & half for a looser consistency if desired. Top with the blueberries and trail mix. Garnish with cinnamon and serve immediately.
