Frozen chicken potstickers are the star of this veggie-packed bowl. Try this 15-minute recipe for a quick lunch or an easy dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) pkg chicken potstickers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 (12 oz) pkg Steam Ready Frozen Riced Cauliflower
- 1 (12 oz) pkg Steam Ready Garden Fresh Medley Frozen Vegetables
- 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
To Garnish (Optional):
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
Steps
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil on high. Add the potstickers and cook 4–5 min., until cooked through. Drain in a colander and toss with the olive oil.
- Meanwhile, microwave the cauliflower and vegetables according to package directions. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and crushed red pepper, if using, with 1 tbsp water.
- Among 4 bowls, divide the cauliflower rice. Top with the vegetables and potstickers. Spoon sauce over mixture and garnish with the green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
