This easy 5-ingredient dessert has all the flavors of a classic sundae with the bonus of caramelized bananas. Peanut butter and dark chocolate add a salty-sweet touch.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2- 4 tsp Nature's Promise® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Cut a slit down the center of the bananas without cutting completely through. Spread 1–2 tsp peanut butter inside each banana. Top each with the nuts and chocolate.
- Place bananas in the air fryer and cook 5 min. Dollop with the Greek yogurt and serve.
Tips
If desired, dust with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon
