Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen spinach or kale
- ½ cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 cup fat-free milk or plant-based milk
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
Steps
- In a blender, combine the spinach, yogurt, ice cream, milk, and peppermint extract. Blend on high 1–2 min., until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
