Prized for their anti-inflammatory properties, ginger and turmeric come together in this strong, spicy tea, with honey and lemon to add a little sweetness.
- 1 lemon
- 4 bags lemon and ginger tea bag
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 dried ginger slices
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Zest and juice the lemon. Divide tea bags, ginger, turmeric, honey, and lemon evenly among 4 mugs.
- Top each mug with boiling water. Let steep for 4 min. Garnish mugs with a piece of dried ginger.
